Engineered For Performance
The CX 400 Tour combines a forgiving 100in² headsize with a head-light balance for easy power and fast maneuverability.
Precisely placed vibration-damping rubber sheets at 3 and 9 o'clock of the frame absorb unwanted vibration at impact, helping deliver a pure, clean feel on every shot. Combined with the classic box beam construction, the racket holds the ball just a little longer at contact, giving you a softer, more natural response with enhanced feel and control. The result is a smooth, comfortable connection to the ball that allows you to swing confidently and focus on precise shot-making.
The CX Series features a modern control string pattern designed to enhance performance in the central hitting area. By widening the cross (horizontal) strings vertically, the string bed creates greater interaction with the ball at contact, helping generate increased spin and power where you strike the ball most often. The result is a more responsive string bed that provides added bite and easier access to spin, while maintaining the controlled feel and precision that CX players expect.
Designed to give you a more stable, confident swing from contact through to your follow-through, the CX Series combines carefully tuned frame stiffness with optimized weight distribution across the racket face to reduce unwanted twisting and wobble. This added stability helps the racket stay steady through impact, giving you greater confidence when accelerating through your shots. A concave area on the inside of the frame at the top of the racket also allows for greater string movement, helping the strings move and snap back more freely at contact for increased spin and power. The result is a stable, responsive racket that gives you greater control while making it easier to generate spin and pace when you need it.
Sonic Core with Infinergy boosts power and comfort by increasing energy return while reducing unwanted vibrations at impact. This means more explosive shot potential without sacrificing feel, along with a smoother, more comfortable response that helps reduce fatigue and supports injury prevention during long, intense matches.
