GOLF CLUB PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY: Except as otherwise stated on the product or packaging, DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS warrants its golf clubs and components “golf club products” to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of delivery to the first retail purchaser only, if purchased from DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS or a DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS Authorized Reseller and provided (1) the first retail purchaser presents proof of purchase from dunlopsports.com or in the form of an original cash register receipt from the Authorized Reseller from whom the first retail purchaser purchased the golf club product and (2) the golf club product has not been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party. This warranty does not apply to wear or damage from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect or accident, or to products which have been repaired or modified other than by DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS. DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS does not warrant damage to its products caused by third parties. This warranty does not cover paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes or other normal wear and tear. A golf club product may be covered if it has undergone normal modification as in re-shafting and/or re-gripping. It will be at DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS’ discretion to determine if such modification has caused any damage. At DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS' option and as the first retail purchaser's sole remedy, defective golf club products covered by this limited warranty will be either repaired or replaced at no charge to the first retail purchaser. Such defective golf club products must be returned to the authorized DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS dealer from which such products were purchased or directly to DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS. End-user customers may contact DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS directly regarding any problems relating to warranty service. GOLF BALLS, GOLF ACCESSORIES, AND RACKET SPORTS ACCESSORIES LIMITED WARRANTY: With respect to golf balls, golf accessories (e.g., towels, golf bags, gloves, headcovers), and racket sports accessories (e.g., backpacks/tote bags, racket bags, travel bags ( Dunlop Sports Americas warrants, from the date of delivery to the first retail purchaser only, that such products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for one (1) year, from the date of delivery to the first retail purchaser, if purchased from DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS or a DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS Authorized Reseller and provided (1) the first retail purchaser presents proof of purchase from dunlopsports.com or in the form of an original cash register receipt from the Authorized Reseller from whom the first retail purchaser purchased the product and (2) the product has not been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party. APPAREL WARRANTY: With respect to apparel sold on us.dunlopsports.com, DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS warrants such apparel to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery to the first retail purchaser only. The apparel warranty covers defects of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If a piece of apparel sold on us.dunlopsports.com is found to be defective during the warranty period of the product and you comply with the requirements above, DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS, in its sole discretion, will (1) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product, or (2) refund your actual purchase price.

DUNLOP FRAME LIMITED WARRANTY What is Warranted: Tennis- DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS extends to the first retail purchaser of every Dunlop® tennis frame limited warranty against defects in workmanship and material-related conditions. How Long: The warranty extends for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the first retail purchaser. Frames provided as replacements under this warranty will be warranted only for the remainder of the twelve (12) month period applicable to the first frame. What DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS Will Do: When you have followed the procedure set out in this warranty, DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS will, as sole and exclusive remedy, repair, or at its option, replace any frame which fails this warranty. What You Must Do: You must retain proof and date of purchase of your Dunlop frame. Your frame must be returned to the place of purchase and must be mailed with proof of purchase to DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS. Prior to returning your frame you must contact Customer Service at 888-215-1530 for a Return Authorization Number. What Is Not Covered?
DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or the elimination of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives specific legal rights; these rights may vary from state to state. To obtain warranty service in the United States on a complete DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS product, return the product to a DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS authorized retailer or directly to DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS. In the case of a DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS component, you must obtain warranty service through an authorized DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS retailer of that component. SQUASH, PADEL, AND BADMINTON-EXCLUSION OF EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES Squash, padel, and badminton racquets are sold "as is" and DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS does not make any warranty, expressed or implied, as to the design, construction, condition, quality or workmanship of the racquets and DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness of the racquet for any particular purpose. If the foregoing disclaimer is not permissible under applicable state law, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose is expressly limited to a term of one (1) year. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. DISPUTE RESOLUTION You and DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS agree that we will resolve any disputes between us related to or arising out of the above warranties through binding and final arbitration instead of through court proceedings. You and DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS hereby waive any right to a jury trial of any Claim. All controversies, claims, counterclaims, or other disputes arising between you and DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS relating to these Warranties (each a “Claim”) shall be submitted for binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA Rules”) in Orange County, California. The arbitration will be heard and determined by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision in any such arbitration will be final and binding upon the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree that the arbitration will be kept confidential and that the existence of the proceeding and any element of it (including, without limitation, any pleadings, briefs or other documents submitted or exchanged and any testimony or other oral submissions and awards) will not be disclosed beyond the arbitration proceedings, except as may lawfully be required in judicial proceedings relating to the arbitration or by applicable disclosure rules and regulations of securities regulatory authorities or other governmental agencies. Neither you nor DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS may act as a class representative or private attorney general, nor participate as a member of a class of claimants, with respect to any Claim. Claims may not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis. The arbitrator can decide only your and/or DUNLOP SPORTS AMERICAS individual Claims. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated.
